Ans :- The Muslim League raised the deman for Pakistan in 1930 and in the 1940 session of the League at Lahore, Jinnah put forward his two-nation theory. Ultimately the activities of the League brought about the creation of Pakistan in 1947.

Q2. What were the aims and objectives of the Muslim League 
Ans :- The objectives of the League were laid down as follows:
1. To promote, among the Muslims of India, support for the British government and to remove any misconceptions regarding the intention of the government in relation to Indian Muslims 
2. To promote among the Indian Muslims feeling of loyality towards the British Government.
3. To protect the political and other rights of the Muslims and to present before the government their aspirations in Early Nationalists language.

Q3. What was the Lucknow Pact?
Ans:- The joint scheme of political reforms agreed to be both the Congress and the Muslim League in 1916 is know as the Lucknow Pact.
